This week we saw both Veolia and Itron make strong moves into India, through a 25-year contract for water supply and deployment of nearly 250,000 water meters. - Rexnord has added a further arm to its water business with its acquisition of German valve-maker VAG Holding GmbH for €175 million, which offers new product lines and geographical diversification.
